Jodi has extensive experience in learning and performance management, having held various titles such as Gymnastics Coach at Sapphire Gymnastics, Business Consulting Manager at Nationwide, and Global Integrated Operations Education Center of Excellence Director at DuPont Pioneer. Jodi has a strong background in workforce development, strategic planning, and team management. Jodi is also dedicated to volunteering, having served on the Board of Directors for Little Al Foundation and as an Education Volunteer at Joppa. Jodi holds a Master's degree in Adult Learning, Performance, & Development from Drake University.
