Noriaki Watanabe is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as Chief Vice President at Ecogen Brasil since December 2021, Noriaki has previously held significant leadership roles at Mitsui & Co., Ltd., including General Manager overseeing renewable energy investments from June 2017 to February 2022 and Deputy General Manager for Independent Power Projects from April 2010 to January 2014. Noriaki also led a wind farm project in Australia as General Manager of Mitsui & Co. (Australia) Ltd. from February 2014 to June 2017 and was the CEO of Bald Hills Wind Farm from February 2014 to February 2017. Noriaki's academic credentials include an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Leadership from London Business School and an undergraduate degree in Policy Studies from Keio University, along with participation in international programs at CEIBS and The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
