Caroline Leclerc has over two decades of experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Area Technical Support for Food & Beverage at Ecolab since 2011, Caroline has held various roles, including Associate District Manager and Gérante de territoire. Prior to Ecolab, Caroline worked at Kraft Foods Group as Coordonnatrice en salubrité/HACCP from 2003 to 2011, and held positions at The Coca-Cola Company as a laboratory supervisor and at Danone as a central laboratory technician. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Microbiology and Immunology, earned at Université de Montréal and HEC Montréal between 1996 and 2002.
