Dr. Dan LeCloux is the Executive Vice President of Research, Development, and Engineering at Ecolab, where they oversee worldwide research and development investment and innovation strategy. With over 20 years of experience in research management, Dr. LeCloux has led multidisciplinary product development teams and holds over 50 issued patents in the chemical and electronic materials industries. They began their career as a research chemist at DuPont in 1998, eventually taking on various leadership roles within the company. Dr. LeCloux also served as Associate R&D Director at Dow Chemical before rejoining DuPont, where they held multiple director positions until joining Ecolab in 2023. They earned a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota.
