Diego Ron

Diego Ron is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent development and strategic HR management across various multinational companies. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for Latin America South at Ecolab since December 2014, Diego oversees HR operations in Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Ecuador. Prior to this role, Diego spent six years at The Coca-Cola Company in multiple positions, including Latin America Talent Development Head, where responsibilities included enhancing business performance through talent development initiatives. Earlier career highlights include roles at Unilever, where Diego served as Latin America Learning Manager and HR Business Partner, and at Mercer Consulting as a Consultant Assistant. Diego holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Universidad del Salvador.
