Ellen Beehler

Ellen Beehler is currently the Director of Training, Institutional North America at Ecolab, where they lead the delivery team for training new and tenured associates. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from the University of North Dakota and a Master's degree in HR and Change Leadership from the University of St. Thomas, Ellen has extensive experience in developing learning and development strategies to enhance business performance. Previously, Ellen served in various roles at Ecolab, including Senior Project Manager and Manager II, Field Training, where they managed large training programs and developed innovative training solutions.
