Gabriela Mosquera

Gabriela Mosquera is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Market Finance Director for Latin America North at Ecolab since August 2022, Gabriela previously held the position of CFO at Holcim Argentina, overseeing finance, procurement, and IT while driving strategic initiatives and process improvements. With a robust background that includes leadership roles as CFO at UNACEM and Lafarge Ecuador, Gabriela has consistently focused on financial management, strategy integration, and team development. Gabriela's earlier career includes significant tenures at Lafarge Mexico, Swatch Group, Clorox Mexicana, and Reckitt Benckiser Mexico, along with foundational experience as an External Auditor at PwC Argentina. Gabriela holds a Master’s in Administration with a specialty in Strategy from EGADE Business School and has completed the Executive Leadership program at INSEAD.
