Jacob Motlou

Jacob Motlou is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the IT Client Support Team Lead at Ecolab since February 2018, Jacob Motlou specializes in advanced incident analysis and root cause analysis, focusing on resolving end-user incidents and service requests.
