Jennifer Sorrells

Jennifer Sorrells possesses extensive experience in the field of research and development, currently serving as Vice President of Research Development and Engineering in the Global Life Sciences Sector at Ecolab since May 2012. Sorrells has held multiple leadership positions within Ecolab, including Vice President of RD&E for Bioprocessing and Purification Technologies Divisions, Vice President of Commercial Operations at Purolite, and various roles in Global Research and Development across different divisions. Prior to Ecolab, Sorrells worked as a Senior Research Chemist at KiOR and held postdoctoral research associate positions at Texas A&M University and Washington University in St. Louis. Sorrells earned a PhD in Chemistry from Emory University and a BA in Chemistry from The College of Wooster.
