John Gerde

John Gerde is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in brand management and marketing strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing at Ecolab since October 2019, John has previously held roles as a Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager within the same company. Prior to Ecolab, John worked at Hormel Foods as a Brand Manager for the Deli division and at Jennie-O Turkey Store in various brand management roles. John’s career also includes experience at The Mosaic Company as a Product Line Analyst and CHS as a Procurement Merchandiser and Account Coordinator. John holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from North Dakota State University.
