Katie Molinaro

Katie Molinaro has an extensive background at Ecolab, with experience spanning from June 2003 to the present. Currently serving as the RD&E Director for Institutional Foodservice, Katie previously held the position of Sr. RD&E Program Leader, overseeing key areas such as Institutional Manual Warewash, Kitchen Hygiene, and Kitchen Floors for Full-Service Restaurants. As an RD&E Program Leader, contributions were made to the Institutional Division. Additionally, Katie has worked as a Staff Engineer since July 2007, focusing on the development and transfer of production processes between RD&E and the Global Supply Chain. Katie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, completed in 2003.
