Madeline Bean

Madeline Bean, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior HR Representative at Ecolab since April 2022, following a progression through various HR roles at the company. Previously, Madeline worked at Lyngblomsten from June 2019 to April 2022 as a Human Resources Coordinator, where responsibilities included new hire onboarding, employee grievances, and open enrollment assistance for approximately 200 employees. Early career experience includes an HR Intern position at Data Recognition Corporation, where Madeline conducted recruiting events and interviews. Additional experience encompasses roles in customer service at Porterhouse Steak and Seafood, Country Inn and Suites by Carlson, and Famous Dave’s. Madeline holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota, obtained in 2019.
