Magdalena Paliwoda

Magdalena (Magi) Paliwoda, SHRM-CP, possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Global Human Resources Director II at Ecolab since July 2017, with a history of progressively responsible positions within the company. Prior roles at Ecolab include Global Human Resources Director, Human Resources Operations Manager, Human Resources Manager, Senior Human Resources Business Partner, and Human Resources Business Partner. In addition, Magdalena contributed to the community as Hospitality Director on the Board of Directors for DSHRM from April 2020 to December 2022. Prior to Ecolab, experience included working as a Human Resources Generalist at I-CAR from February 2013 to July 2017. Magdalena holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources and Psychology from North Central College, completed between 2009 and 2012.
