Michael Roisum

Michael Roisum is an accomplished engineering and safety leader with extensive experience in the supply chain sector. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Safety for International Markets at Ecolab since December 2012, Michael Roisum oversees all engineering and safety initiatives for the company's global supply chain, supporting $2.5 billion in sales across 36 plants and 102 warehouses. Previous roles at Ecolab include leading engineering efforts for Latin America and managing global packaging technologies. Prior to Ecolab, Michael Roisum worked at The Hershey Company, where responsibilities included managing packaging systems engineering projects and overseeing production and maintenance operations. Michael Roisum earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
