Nathan Thompson

Nathan Thompson is an experienced training and development professional currently serving as the Global Operations Training Program Manager at Purolite, an Ecolab Company since January 2023. Previously, Nathan held the role of Global Training Manager at Ecolab from May 2014 to the present. Prior experience includes the position of Senior Training Specialist at Park Nicollet Health Services and IT Training and Deployment Consultant at C.H. Robinson. Nathan began a career in training as a Training and Development Specialist at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel. Nathan holds a Master of Science in Training and Development from the University of Wisconsin Stout Graduate School and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Education from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
