Rached Menif is currently the Global Vice President of R&D for Food and Beverage at Ecolab, having previously served as the Global Vice President of R&D at Nalco Water from 2016 to 2024, and as Regional Vice President of R&D at Ecolab from 2010 to 2016. Rached held roles such as R&D Associate Director and R&D Section Head at Procter & Gamble from 2007 to 2010, and began their career as an Ingenieur at Air Liquide from 1985 to 1989. Rached earned a PhD in Chemistry from Texas A&M University and has advanced education in Polymer Materials and Physique Chimie from Pierre et Marie Curie University and ESPCI Paris, respectively.
