Sherry Thomson

Sherry Thomson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of learning and development, training management, and technical writing. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development, Global Industrial at Ecolab since January 2020, Sherry has held various roles within the company, including Manager of Knowledge Solutions and Training Manager. Prior to Ecolab, Sherry worked at Nalco Champion from October 2008 to January 2020 in positions such as Wiki Manager and Technical Writer. Additionally, Sherry gained valuable research experience as a Lab Manager and Research Assistant at the University of Calgary's Faculty of Medicine from March 2006 to October 2008 and from May 2001 to August 2005. Sherry holds a Master of Science in Medical Science and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from the University of Calgary.
