Coordinator Of The Data Analysis Hub Of Spatial-cell-id At École Normale Supérieure (ens) Of Lyon at Ecole normale supérieure de Lyon

Sergio Sarnataro currently serves as the Coordinator of the data analysis hub for Spatial-Cell-ID at École Normale Supérieure (ENS) of Lyon, focusing on the bioinformatics aspects of a national Spatial Transcriptomics facility that investigates cellular identity and spatial heterogeneity. Previous roles include Bioinformatician at Tigem, where analyses of single-cell RNA-Seq and various NGS data were conducted, and Graduate Researcher at IGBMC, developing algorithms for chromatin structure analysis and transcription reactivation studies. Sarnataro holds a PhD in Computational Biology from the University of Strasbourg and a Master’s degree in Physics from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, complemented by an Erasmus Project in Materials Engineering at Université de Technologie de Troyes.
