Miriam Straub

Miriam Straub has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Miriam is currently working as a People & Operations Manager at ecoLocked, a position they started in October 2022. Prior to this, Miriam worked as a Partner Assistant at Bridgemaker from October 2021 to September 2022.

Miriam has also gained experience in the consulting field, having worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from December 2015 to October 2021. During their tenure at BCG, they held the positions of Executive Assistant from March 2020 to October 2021 and Case Team Assistant from December 2015 to March 2020.

Before entering the consulting industry, Miriam worked at Fitness First Germany as a Fitness First team member from September 2014 to September 2015. Miriam also gained experience in sales at Meliá Hotels International, where they worked as a Sales Representative from January 2014 to June 2014.

Miriam's early career involved roles in the hospitality industry. Miriam worked as a Sales Coordinator at Hotel Palace Berlin from August 2013 to November 2013. Prior to that, they were an Event Coordinator at The Dominican from August 2011 to January 2012. Miriam started their career at Emirates Palace, where they served as a Housekeeping Supervisor and Front Desk Agent from August 2009 to January 2010.

Miriam Straub completed their education at the IU International University of Applied Sciences from 2009 to 2012, earning a degree in Diplom-Betriebswirtin with a specialization in BWL, Hotelmanagement. Miriam also attended the Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences from 2010 to 2011, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Hospitality Management.
