Nick Favret has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nick is currently the CEO of Ecological Laboratories, Inc. since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Verdesian Life Sciences from 2018 to 2020, where they held the role of General Manager Canada and later became the Product Marketing Director.
Before Verdesian Life Sciences, Nick worked at Bayer Crop Science from 2011 to 2018. Nick started their career at Booz Allen Hamilton in 2005 as an Associate, where they provided support to senior leaders in driving efficiency and change across their business and technology landscape. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at BearingPoint from 2002 to 2005.

Nick Favret earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business in 2001. Nick then pursued an Executive Masters degree in Leadership from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business in 2007. Later, in 2009, they attended The Wharton School, where they obtained their MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Marketing. In 2014, Nick Favret undertook additional studies and received a certificate in Customer Marketing from the University of St.Gallen in 2015.
