Lucy Bartlett

Lucy Bartlett is a seasoned ecologist with extensive experience in managing ecological projects at Ecological Survey & Assessment Limited (ECOSA), where responsibilities include conducting ecological surveys, producing detailed reports, and designing mitigation strategies. Lucy has advanced from a Graduate Assistant Ecologist to Senior Ecologist since joining ECOSA in 2016, demonstrating strong leadership skills through mentoring junior staff and chairing a welfare working group. Prior to ECOSA, Lucy worked as a science writer and data analyst on marine projects, and held roles in product research at Procter & Gamble, as well as engaging in dolphin and whale conservation research. Lucy holds a Master’s Degree in Species Identification and Survey Skills from the University of Reading and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Zoology from Newcastle University.
