Andrew Guerra

Andrew Guerra, MEM, CEM, serves as the Program Manager at Ecology Action since November 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Decarbonization and Energy Efficiency Program Manager at TRC Companies, Inc., where management of the California Electric Homes Program facilitated energy savings and supported advanced energy efficiency policies. Andrew also held positions as Energy Efficiency Account Manager at TRC, Project Development Engineer at Nexant, and Energy Efficiency Engineer/Project Engineer at Lockheed Martin, contributing to numerous energy efficiency projects with significant savings. Earlier experiences include a Graduate Student Fellowship at Shorenstein Realty Services and senior analyst work at ERCI, focusing on financial and remediation risk modeling. Andrew holds a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science & Engineering from UCLA.
