Andy Marse

Andy Marse, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Customer Success at Taper, a subsidiary of Ecology Action, and has held multiple positions at Ecology Action since June 2013, including Vice President and Director of Customer Success. In this role, Andy leads cross-functional teams to pilot and scale energy efficiency projects for commercial building portfolios. Additionally, Andy has experience as a Senior Program Manager, Engineering Sales Manager, Energy Consultant, and Energy Efficiency Specialist, focusing on renewable energy projects and efficiency audits. Previous roles include Account Manager at Allrecipes.com, Business Development Manager at Dwelltek, Services and Solutions Executive at Xerox, and Trip Leader at both Backroads and TrekAmerica. Andy holds an MBA in Sustainability from Bainbridge Graduate Institute and a BA in French from Louisiana State University.
