Michelle Winthrop

Michelle Winthrop has a strong background in operational risk, assurance, and customer outcomes within the retail financial sector. With experience as a Senior Auditor and Administration Team Manager, Michelle currently holds the role of Operational Risk Lead at Ecology Building Society. Michelle also has a Master of Arts degree in Applied and Professional Ethics from the University of Leeds and a Joint Honours degree in American Studies and History from the University of Hull.
