Renaud de Kerchove d'Exaerde has extensive work experience in the coffee industry. Renaud started their career in 2005 as an Operating Officer for Coffee Europe, Asia, and Africa at Ecom Agroindustrial Corp Ltd. In 2006, they became the Managing Director for Coffee Europe and later assumed the role of Operating Officer for Coffee and Cocoa Europe and Africa. In 2018, Renaud became the Managing Director for Robusta and Coffee EME at ECOM Agroindustrial Corp. Ltd.
Renaud de Kerchove d'Exaerde has a diverse education history. In 1988, they began studying at the Université catholique de Louvain, where they pursued a degree in Ingenieur commercial d'administration et de gestion. In 1993, Renaud participated in an exchange program at the Stockholm School of Economics, focusing on international business. In 2007, they attended the London Business School to further their leadership knowledge with a program called Essential of Leadership. Most recently, in 2015, Renaud completed a program at IMD called Orchestrating Winning Performance, which emphasized organizational leadership.
