B Krishnaraj has extensive work experience in the logistics industry, particularly in operations management and leadership roles. B most recently served as the Country Head of Operations at Ecom Express Private Limited since September 2020. Prior to that, Krishnaraj worked at Blue Dart for over three decades, holding various positions including National Head of E-commerce Operations, General Manager, Senior Regional Operations Manager, Operations Manager, and Operations Supervisor. B Krishnaraj completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Defence from the University of Madras from 1980 to 1983. Later, in 2009 to 2010, they obtained a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Indian Institute of Business Management and Studies. Additionally, Krishnaraj holds two Diplomas from IATA Training, although the dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
