Kshitij Goswami

Kshitij Goswami is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for both Business Product and Fulfilment Services at Ecom Express Limited since May 2023, Kshitij previously held the position of Head of Operations at Bloom by ACA from November 2021 to April 2023. Prior to that, Kshitij co-founded and served as COO at CaptIn Fintech from December 2019 to March 2022 and worked as an Assistant Manager at Emaar MGF from September 2018 to November 2019. Early in the career, Kshitij held roles as Customer Experience Manager at CoHo and Service Analyst at Orange Business Services, focusing on network performance monitoring. Kshitij holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from ITM University, Gurgaon, completed in 2014.
