Manish Srinivasan is an experienced operations leader with a focus on supply chain and logistics management. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Ecom Express Limited since January 2024, Manish leads supply operations for the West Region, emphasizing process optimization and efficiency. Previously, Manish held roles at Justdial as Associate Vice President of Product Operations, overseeing fulfillment in on-demand services and e-commerce. Prior to that, Manish was Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations at Blinkit and Associate Director of Logistics Operations at Flipkart.com, where responsibilities included managing last and first mile operations. Manish's career also includes significant experience in customer service operations at Nimbuzz and Seventymm Services, as well as foundational roles in service quality at IBM Daksh and business development at Primera Communications. Manish holds an Executive Program in Leadership & Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Advertising, Marketing & Sales Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
