Lucia Santos

Lucia Santos is a Talent Generalist at Ecom Style since November 2022, responsible for recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, personnel development, performance evaluation, and managing compensation and benefits, while promoting organizational culture. Concurrently, Lucia serves as a teaching assistant in Organizational Psychology at Universidad de Mendoza, facilitating communication between professors and students and providing feedback on student participation. Previously, Lucia worked as an HR Assistant at Impulso - Desarrollo Organizacional, where responsibilities included job postings, recruitment processes, and job profile creation, and completed an internship in Organizational Psychology at Mod Hotels Mendoza. Lucia holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad de Mendoza and a diploma in Human Resources from Centro de e-Learning UTN FRBA.
