Pava LaPere

Pava LaPere is the current CEO at EcoMap Technologies. Prior to their current position, Pava was the founder and board chair of Innov8MD from June 2018 to October 2021. Innov8MD is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting student entrepreneurs across the state of Maryland. Pava was also the executive director of The Hatchery at Johns Hopkins from August 2016 to August 2019. The Hatchery is the first venture incubator for students at Johns Hopkins University. As the executive director, Pava provided mentorship, education, and resources to 10-12 student-run ventures each semester.

Pava LaPere has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The Johns Hopkins University and is currently pursuing an Entrepreneurship & Management degree from The Johns Hopkins University.
