Katharine Jiang

Katharine Jiang's work experience begins with their current position as the Director of Business Development at Ecompex, Inc., a company that provides professional services and engineering solutions to federal, state, and local agencies. Prior to this role, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of Loop, where they helped companies optimize their training and onboarding processes. Before Loop, Katharine founded and led WizForm, a company that simplified the entity formation and incorporation process for entrepreneurs. Additionally, they worked as the Chief of Staff at #MovingForward, a nonprofit organization focused on increasing transparency and inclusivity in venture capital. Katharine also has experience as a Software Engineer at Blend and Nextdoor, and as an Associate at Human Capital. Furthermore, they founded and served as the President of the CLIPUS Foundation. Their career began as an Office Intern at The Office of Senator Mary Landrieu.
