Kimberly Bill Msc

Kimberly Bill MSc, PMP, ITIL is a seasoned Business Systems Support Specialist at Econet Wireless Zimbabwe, with a career spanning from November 2013 to the present. In this role, Kimberly has successfully designed and implemented process improvements in ERP systems, achieving a 100% reduction in manual claims, and has applied extensive system knowledge to facilitate timely project completions. Previously, as a Business Systems Support Analyst and Graduate Trainee, Kimberly ensured transactional accuracy between POS and ERP systems, coordinated user training to minimize system errors, and developed reconciliation scripts. Kimberly began the journey in the field as an Internship Trainee at Econet Wireless Zimbabwe, where foundational insights into Information Systems processes were obtained. With a Master of Science in Information Systems Management and a BSC Honours in Information Systems from Midlands State University, Kimberly combines academic expertise with practical experience in driving system efficiencies and enhancing business strategies.
