Martin Edge

Mr Edge is a UK CA and an Oxford MA, who joined the Board in June 2013. In his chosen field of corporate finance advisor to many institutions in Europe and Africa over some 30 years, as well as spending some time as a CFO. He advised on some of the most important transactions in Africa’s telecoms sector. Mr Edge chairs the Board’s Audit Committee.
