Silent Kaseke

Silent Kaseke is an experienced professional in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as an Area Manager at Econet Wireless Zimbabwe since May 2011, where responsibilities include achieving revenue and cost targets, managing sales processes, and improving customer satisfaction. Previous roles at Econet Wireless include High Value Customer Account Manager, Trouble Ticketing Coordinator, Call Centre Shift Leader, and Call Centre Operator, providing a well-rounded background in customer service, sales, and operational management.
