Vongai Mhembere

Vongai Mhembere is an experienced professional in customer experience management, currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager at EcoCash Holdings since August 2015, where the focus is on financial services, insurance, and digital services. Vongai also held the position of Customer Experience Team Leader, further cultivating expertise in customer relations. Prior to this, Vongai worked as a Customer Service Representative at Econet Wireless Zimbabwe since August 2010. In terms of academic qualifications, Vongai earned a Master's degree in Strategic Management from Midlands State University between 2015 and 2017.
