Christophe Lelorain is currently the Responsable Régional des Opérations at Econocom, overseeing multi-site contractual commitments, particularly in the tertiary and nuclear sectors. With over eight years of experience in operations management and customer service, they focus on process optimization and value creation for organizations. Previously, Christophe held roles at Bouygues Telecom, where they contributed to service continuity and guided customer experience initiatives. They are also pursuing a BTS Technico-Commercial in Mécanique électrotechnique at Lycée Pierre de Coubertin Calais.
