Charline Laroche

Charline Laroche, CRHA, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Principal Advisor, Culture and Talent at Econoler since March 2022, where responsibilities include building the HR function and managing recruitment and onboarding. Previously, Charline held various HR roles at Mino Games from December 2019 to February 2022, focusing on employee experience, staffing, and strategy development. Additional experience includes positions at Upland Software and Upland Cimpl, where recruitment and employer branding were key focuses, as well as roles in marketing and communications at PillBox+ and as an independent consultant. Charline holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from McGill University, a Master’s in Communications & Marketing from Université de Sherbrooke, and a Bachelor’s in the same field.
