Gabriela holds a Master's degree in International Development and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Sustainable Development and Innovation. Gabriela's work involves policy dialogue, research, and program coordination in Latin America and the Caribbean, focusing on inclusive and sustainable development goals.
