Pahul Gill

Pahul Gill is a qualified professional with extensive experience in engineering and management roles. Currently serving as the Foreign Direct Investment Manager for Indo-Pacific at Economic Development Winnipeg since June 2023, Pahul previously worked as an R&D Design Engineer at Carfair Composites Inc. from March 2022 to June 2023 and held a Management Trainee position at WestRock Company between October 2021 and March 2022. Pahul contributed to R&D initiatives again at Carfair Composites Inc. from June 2021 to October 2021 and was the Outreach Director for the University of Manitoba's Chapter of the Society of Automotive Engineers from August 2019 to July 2020. As a Reliability Engineering Intern at Shell in 2018, Pahul supported the implementation of a Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) work process, and earlier engineering project support roles included collaborating on risk management systems. Pahul holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manitoba, obtained between 2015 and 2021.
