Senior Director, of AMP Up at Economic Mobility Pathways (EMPath)

Charmaine Lujares is the Director of Economic Mobility Mentoring Programs at Economic Mobility Pathways (EMPath). Prior to their current role, Charmaine served as a Mobility Mentor at Crittenton Women's Union, where they provided one-on-one goal setting and guidance to low-income families centered around career development, education/training, financial management, family stability, or well-being. Charmaine has also held positions as a Children's Activity Leader at The Second Step and a Social Work Intern at Renewal House. In their role as a School Based Mentoring Social Worker Intern at the Big Sister Association of Greater Boston, Charmaine conducted comprehensive assessments and managed and tracked incoming referrals from all legacy programs.

Charmaine's commitment to helping others reach their full potential has been evident throughout their entire career. Charmaine is passionate about their work and takes great pride in helping their clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Charmaine is a highly skilled and experienced social worker who has a proven track record of success in helping their clients achieve economic mobility.

Charmaine Lujares has a Master of Social Work from Simmons College School of Social Work and a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology, Psychology, and Dance from UMass Boston.

Charmaine Lujares reports to Kim Janey, President & CEO. Charmaine Lujares works with Stephanie Brueck-Cassoli - Director of Curriculum & Instruction, Mary D. Coleman - SVP & COO, and Sara Vonhold - Deputy Director of Capacity Building.
