Proficient in analyzing policies, conducting research, and facilitating community outreach, Emilio has contributed to various projects, including bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure development at the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency and multi-family housing studies at UCLA's Lewis Center for Regional Policy Studies.
