Karen Chen is an accomplished professional with a robust background in urban and regional planning, economic development, and event management. Currently serving as an Associate at Economic & Planning Systems, Inc. since May 2023, Karen previously held the role of Economic Development Consultant at Jon Stover & Associates from February 2022 to May 2023.
