Rowan Saunders

Rowan Saunders currently serves as President & CEO of Definity Financial, a prominent Canadian property and casualty insurer, since November 2021. In addition, Rowan is a Board Member at Equitable Bank and has held the position of Board Member and past Chair at the Insurance Bureau of Canada. Previously, Rowan was President & CEO of Economical Insurance and a member of RSA's Global Group Executive while also serving as President and CEO of RSA Canada and Chief Executive Officer of Johnson Insurance. Rowan's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Noraxis Capital Corporation and board membership at Codan Forsikring, one of Scandinavia's top insurance companies.
