Alicia Milligan

Alicia Milligan is a Natural Resource Project Manager at ECONorthwest, with experience in natural resource management and geospatial analysis. Alicia has also served as a Board Member at FOOD WAVES, supporting initiatives for food justice and healthy food access. Alicia has a background in teaching and advising in geospatial programs at Portland Community College and Portland State University. Additionally, Alicia has worked as a cartographer and GIS analyst on various projects focusing on disaster resilience and environmental conservation. With a Master of Science in Geography/Geographic Information Systems, Alicia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their roles.
