Melissa Rowe

Melissa Rowe has experience as a Senior Project Manager at ECOnorthwest since July 2010. Prior to this role, Melissa worked as a Project Manager at the same company. Melissa also served as the Managing Editor at Economic Development Quarterly from January 2009 to September 2010. Melissa holds a Master of Science in Urban Studies and Economic Development from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities & Music from Brigham Young University.
