Will Terry

Will Terry, Ph.D., has a diverse background in public finance and financial forecasting, combining extensive academic and practical experience. They served as a Senior Data Analyst/Project Manager at FLO Analytics, where they authored technical reports for the ACLU and managed legislative processes. Previously, as an Assistant Professor at the University of Oregon, Will taught various statistics and political science courses while conducting research on voting rights and public finance. Currently, they work as a Senior Financial Forecasting and Special Projects Analyst for the Portland Bureau of Transportation, developing long-term financial forecasts and complex models. Will's educational achievements include a Ph.D. in Political Science and Government from the University of California San Diego and a Master of Science in Economics from Caltech.
