Stephen Madsen

Stephen Madsen serves as the Associate Director at Econsult Solutions since February 2023, following a role as Policy Research Coordinator in the Executive Division at the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency from June 2020 to February 2023. Madsen's expertise includes designing and evaluating program efficacy related to strategic initiatives and preparing policy research analyses for diverse stakeholders. Previous experience includes an Economic Research & Policy Graduate Internship at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, where Madsen conducted research on socioeconomic trends, and a Career Services Graduate Assistant position at Rutgers University's Bloustein School.
