Rafał Jaros has over 15 years of experience in the field of psychology and consulting. Since September 2007, Rafał has held the position of Assistant at Uniwersytet Łódzki while simultaneously serving as Manager at 7m consulting. Prior to these roles, Rafał worked as an Advisor at ARKANA.PL from December 2004 to August 2007. Rafał holds a master's degree in Psychology from the University of Lodz and completed education at XV LO.
