Ilanit has over 9 years of experience in various HR management positions in both global and local companies, including both high-tech companies and start-ups.

Ilanit has a B.A. in psychology, and an M.A. in Organizational Consulting from Bar Ilan University.

Before joining Ecoppia, Ilanit worked in Tower Semiconductors, a world leader in high value analog semiconductor solutions, where she worked with management to integrate HR to support organizational business goals.

Ilanit brings her wide experience and knowledge in understanding how implementing the right HR strategy enables an organization to thrive.
