Scott Ira Taylor

Scott Ira Taylor is an experienced Senior Biological Program Manager at ECORP Consulting, Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing large biological resource projects for various public and private entities since April 2006. With a solid background in CEQA/NEPA documentation, endangered species surveys, and regulatory permitting, Scott has demonstrated expertise in environmental compliance throughout a career that includes roles as Senior Scientist at HELIX Environmental Planning, Inc., where Scott initiated a Riverside office, and as Senior Biologist at Sweetwater Environmental Biologists. Scott's foundational work includes conducting biological surveys and compliance work, stemming from early experience as a Biologist with Ogden Environmental & Energy Services. Scott holds a degree in Biology with additional studies in Zoology, Computer Science, and Literature from Point Loma Nazarene University, along with a French Language Learning Certificate from Eurocentres.
